CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILY MINISTRY LEADER

This opportunity is for a new missionary to develop and implement Biblical ministries in communities and churches where UWM missionaries are already working, near Bugiri, Eastern Uganda.  This position has a lot of flexibility, and you may work with children more than adults, or vice versa.  It has the potential to be crafted in a way that fits you and your style of ministry and grow in the direction that the Lord leads.

This training is non-formal and flexible with lots of room to grow. Main goals are: 1. To develop relationships with pastors and church leaders to help them lead their churches by discipling, mentoring and training them.  2. To help pastors and church leaders grow and mature spiritually so they can lead their church members to grow as well. See our qualifications list below. Contact Matt if you’re interested!
