Are US citizens who are considering serving as international missionaries.
Can raise their own financial support. *This is not a paid position - but is a missionary position - meaning that missionaries will have to raise their financial support through Mesa Global.
Are considering long-term missions and are willing to commit to at least 2 years on the mission field
Are actively involved in a local church and demonstrate a growing, Spirit-led faith
Align with our evangelical statement of faith (such as EFCA, CMA, or similar)
Have experience or a strong desire to serve in education, discipleship, or leadership
Are teachable, humble, and open to guidance from both mentors and the Holy Spirit
Can work cross-denominationally and cross-culturally with respect and flexibility
Exhibit emotional resilience, spiritual maturity, and servant-heartedness
Thrive in community, value simplicity, and can adapt to rural ministry life
Are recent university grads, seasoned adults, couples, families, or retired professionals
May not have formal missions or theological training, but be willing to learn and grow
Are passionate about advancing the gospel, training leaders, and impacting communities
